Questions
Is the platform charge per person?
No. It is $10 per account, whatever the number of people.
What is a credit?
One credit is one minute of AI voice. They come from one pool for the whole account and roll over for one month.
What happens if we run out of credits?
Nothing stops. Extra credits are billed at the rate printed on your plan, or you can buy a top-up block in advance at a lower rate.
Do we have to buy the phones?
No. Every handset can be bought outright or financed over 36 or 60 months, and the first line is free with active service.
Is there a contract?
Month to month is available. Longer terms exist because they finance the hardware; they are not required.
Can we keep our numbers?
Yes. We move them for you at no charge, and your old service keeps working until the day each number moves.
